Access intercoms enable customers to alert staff of the need to deploy a portable ramp. In addition, customers can use intercoms to call for assistance in areas presenting access issues which are not in view of staff who operate in the main body of a premises or at the main service counter. Specialist Installation is required for this equipment although; this is a relatively simple process.

Configure’s access intercoms are easy to operate with a light to indicate the internal handset has been answered, a light to indicate the door release lock has been operated (where requested) and made with a vandal resistant stainless steel call point with tactile coloured front.
